How are age groups structured?
We train girls ages 8 to 16 in our small group setting. Players are grouped by skill level and developmental stage — not strictly by age. This ensures every girl is appropriately challenged and supported regardless of when she started playing.
Our small group model means Coach Estella knows every player personally and tailors her coaching to each girl's individual development.
GIRL Child NextGen is a boutique basketball academy designed exclusively for girls in Accra — training skills, confidence, and leadership from day one.
We train on a branded private court in East Legon — near Adjiringanor Wembley Park (Astro Turf) — in a small-group setting where every player gets real coaching, real feedback, and real development — not just a spot on a roster.
Coach Estella took a winless team to the national finals in under 18 months. She brings elite coaching credentials, deep knowledge of player development, and an unwavering belief in every girl's potential.
Every session combines technical skill with mental resilience — training the full athlete.

What's included in every plan?
All plans include 3 sessions per week with Coach Estella, small-group coaching, and full access to our training programme. No hidden fees.
Can I upgrade to a longer plan later?
Yes — you can always move to a 3- or 6-month plan after your first month. Founding members lock in their current rate.
How do I pay?
Payment is made via Mobile Money (Momo) directly to our registered business account. Once you complete the registration form you will receive our Momo details and payment instructions via WhatsApp within 24 hours. Your daughter's spot is confirmed upon receipt of payment.
We accept monthly and advance payments. Founding Member rates are locked in permanently once payment is received.
Payment confirms your daughter's spot. Spots are limited to 5 founding players and are allocated on a first paid, first served basis.
What is your cancellation policy?
We understand that circumstances change. Our policy is as follows:
📅 Monthly plan — written notice required 7 days before the next billing cycle via WhatsApp or email.
📅 3 and 6 month advance plans — these are paid in advance and are non-refundable once the session has begun. However plans may be paused for up to 2 weeks per term in cases of illness or travel with prior notice.
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via WhatsApp or email to be valid.
⚠️ Founding Member rates apply only to continuous enrolment. A cancelled spot cannot be reinstated at the Founding rate.

Come Prepared
Every player should come prepared with:
👟 Basketball shoes or clean trainers
Good grip is essential for safe movement on court.
👕 Comfortable athletic clothing
Shorts or leggings and a t-shirt — freedom of movement matters.
💧 A full water bottle
Hydration is mandatory at every session.
📱 Parents welcome every session
You're always welcome to watch from the sideline and cheer your daughter on.
🏀 All training equipment is provided by the academy. Your daughter does not need her own basketball.
